The hardest Gen AI system we've built is our own.

Projekts.ai is an AI-native software engineering platform, and the clearest proof of how we work: our own agent runtime, our own MCP server, seven model providers and strict separation between customers. The kind of engineering most teams only see in conference talks, running in production.

How it's built
  • Our own agent runtime: Step limits, approval gates and live streaming. Not a wrapper around someone else's chat window.
  • Projekts MCP server: One secure project filesystem for AI agents, with versioned files and write locks.
  • Any major model: Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, xAI, Groq, OpenRouter or AWS Bedrock, chosen per project.
  • Multi-tenant by design: Workspaces kept apart, a scoped token on every call, personal data redacted.

Between 2016 and 2018 we delivered architecture consulting assignments on site for CIGNEX Datamatics and its enterprise clients across the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore, including Jaguar, the Tennessee government, Accenture, and NCS for DBS. The work spanned portals, healthcare, government, cloud-native platforms and migrations, and we helped CIGNEX win multimillion-dollar engagements along the way. The same judgement goes into every consulting engagement we take on today.

An architecture practice since 2001.

InfoMover began in 2001 as one engineer teaching other engineers and advising on architecture. Five hundred trainings and a hundred projects later, consulting is still where we start: understand the problem, prove the answer in code, then commit.
