AI-Assisted Software Delivery
Let AI write the code. Keep the engineering.
InfoMover helps engineering teams bring AI coding assistants and agents into the software delivery life cycle without trading speed for quality. We introduce specification-driven development, review gates and governance, measure what changes, and leave your team with a workflow it runs on its own.
Sound familiar?
- Every developer uses a different AI tool in a different way, and the codebase shows it.
- Pull requests got bigger and reviews got shallower.
- AI-written code passes the tests it also wrote.
- Leadership asks what AI is doing for delivery, and the honest answer is a shrug.
What you get
- A team workflow, not a tool licenceFrom ticket to specification to code to review to merge, with AI at each step and humans where judgement matters.
- Specifications that steer the AITemplates and conventions so the assistant builds what you meant, and reviewers can check it against something.
- Governance that fitsRules for data, secrets, licensing and review that engineers will actually follow.
- Before-and-after numbersCycle time, review effort and defect trends, so the change is measured rather than asserted.
Ways to engage
Pick the shape that fits.
Teams usually start with an advisory sprint, then keep a fractional architect close while the new workflow settles.

Which AI coding tools do you work with?
GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor and similar assistants and agents. The workflow matters more than the tool, so we design it to survive a tool change.
What is specification-driven development?
Writing a short, precise specification before asking AI to write code: what to build, the constraints and how to check it. The AI follows it, and reviewers check the result against it instead of guessing intent.
Will this slow my team down at first?
For a week or two, slightly. After that, teams usually spend less time on rework and review because the AI is working from clearer instructions.
Can you train the team as well?
Yes. Hands-on training runs through our training platform, Workshopps, and can be combined with the consulting work.
