How we engage

Hire us for a question, a quarter or the long haul.

Five ways to work with us. Three are consulting engagements, where we do our best work: an advisory sprint, a fractional architect and a proof of concept. Two are delivery: a phased project, or a team that stays for years. Pick the shape that fits; we will tell you if another one fits better.

1–4 weeks

Advisory Sprint

For the decision you can't afford to get wrong: a few weeks of focused work, then a clear answer in writing.

Suits
Teams facing a decision that is expensive to get wrong: a platform choice, an AI pilot that stalled, a system nobody wants to touch.
What you get
  • A short discovery with the people who know the system
  • Hands-on review of code, architecture and data
  • A written recommendation with options, costs and risks
  • A walkthrough with your team and leadership
How it starts
A conversation about the question, then an agreed scope and timeline in writing.
A few days a month

Fractional Architect

Senior architecture judgement on call every month, for teams not yet ready for a full-time hire.

Suits
Growing teams that need senior architecture judgement every week, but not a full-time hire yet.
What you get
  • Regular design reviews and planning sessions
  • Architecture decision records
  • Review of critical changes before they ship
  • Mentoring for your senior engineers
How it starts
A short onboarding to learn your systems and people, then an agreed number of days each month.
2–6 weeks

Proof of Concept

Evidence before budget. We test the idea on your data and report what we find, good or bad.

Suits
An idea that needs evidence before budget: a RAG assistant, an agent, an integration, a new product.
What you get
  • Agreed success criteria before any code
  • Working code on your real data
  • Measured results against the criteria
  • A recommendation: build, change course or stop
How it starts
We agree the question the proof must answer and how we will measure it.
Phased

Project Delivery

A defined system, designed and built by us end to end, delivered in phases with checkpoints you control.

Suits
A defined product or platform that needs a team to design and build it end to end.
What you get
  • Architecture and plan for the first phases
  • Working releases every few weeks
  • Tests, deployment and monitoring
  • Documentation and handover, or ongoing support
How it starts
A short scoping phase turns your goals into a phased plan with clear checkpoints.
Years

Long-term Delivery & Support

We're happy to stay for the long run: a steady team that keeps a business-critical system moving.

Suits
Business-critical systems that keep changing: new customers, new integrations, new rules.
What you get
  • A steady team that knows your systems
  • Planned enhancements and integrations
  • Fixes and upgrades
  • Regular reviews of what to improve next
How it starts
Usually after a project we delivered, or after a handover from another team.

Next step

How a first conversation works

  1. You describe the problem

A few lines through the form is enough. No deck, no RFP.

  2. An architect replies

With questions, not a brochure. Usually a short call follows.

  3. You get a written proposal

Scope, approach, timeline and the engagement model that fits. You decide from there.

Questions & answers

Which engagement model should we start with?

If the question is still fuzzy, an Advisory Sprint. If the idea is clear but unproven, a Proof of Concept. If the scope is known, Project Delivery. We will say so if another model fits better.

Can we switch models later?

Yes. Many engagements start as an Advisory Sprint or Proof of Concept and become Project Delivery or Long-term Delivery and Support.

Do you work with teams outside India?

Yes. Our clients and partners include companies in the UAE, Singapore and the US, and work runs remotely with visits where they help.

Who do we contract with?

InfoMover Technologies. Contracts, invoices and taxes are handled by InfoMover Technologies.

Do you provide individual contract engineers?

For remote developers and architects on contract, see our talent site, Hire Talent.

Pick a starting point

Start with one question. We'll take it from there.

Most of our clients began with a short advisory sprint or a proof of concept. Tell us yours and we will suggest where to begin.
