- Engagement details: the contact and billing information of the organisation that engages us, proposals, contracts, invoices and payment records.

4. Enquiry Form

It is never added to a mailing list, and never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing. If we ever offer updates by email, you will only receive them after explicitly asking for them.

Data our clients give us to deliver an engagement is used only for that engagement, accessed only by the people working on it, and returned or deleted as the contract requires. Where a client needs a data processing agreement or a non-disclosure agreement, we sign one before work starts.
9. Security & Retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and engagement and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
10. Your Rights
