> These terms govern your use of infomovertech.com and set the general basis on which InfoMover Technologies provides consulting, delivery and support services.

## 1. About These Terms {#about}

These terms apply to your use of infomovertech.com. Every engagement is governed by its own signed proposal, statement of work or contract, which takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

## 2. Using the Website {#website}

Descriptions of services, engagement models and case studies on this site explain how we typically work and what we have delivered. They are not an offer that becomes binding when you send an enquiry. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

## 3. Enquiries & Engagements {#engagements}

- An enquiry through the site is a request for information, not an engagement.
- An engagement starts only when both sides sign a proposal, statement of work or contract covering scope, timeline, fees and responsibilities.
- Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are delivered.

## 4. Fees & Payment {#fees}

- Fees are as stated in the signed proposal or contract and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices are issued by InfoMover Technologies and are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work if payments are overdue.

## 5. Confidentiality {#confidentiality}

We keep client information confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. We name a client or describe its project publicly only with the client's agreement.

## 6. Intellectual Property {#ip}

Ownership of code, documents and other work products is set out in each engagement contract. Our own pre-existing tools, libraries, know-how and products, including Projekts.ai and Productiviti, remain ours.

## 7. Liability {#liability}

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any engagement is limited as set out in its contract, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We work to keep this site accurate, but its content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

## 9. Governing Law {#law}

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction, unless an engagement contract says otherwise.
