**Which AI coding tools do you work with?**

GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor and similar assistants and agents. The workflow matters more than the tool, so we design it to survive a tool change.

**What is specification-driven development?**

Writing a short, precise specification before asking AI to write code: what to build, the constraints and how to check it. The AI follows it, and reviewers check the result against it instead of guessing intent.

**Will this slow my team down at first?**

For a week or two, slightly. After that, teams usually spend less time on rework and review because the AI is working from clearer instructions.

**Can you train the team as well?**
