# We architect Gen AI systems and stay until they ship.

> We are architecture and delivery consultants. We design Gen AI, RAG and agent systems, review the platforms underneath them, and stay close to delivery so what we designed is what goes live. When a system needs a team for the long run, we can be that team too.

- **20+ yrs** designing, building and teaching software
- **100+** software projects delivered since 2001
- **500+** corporate technical trainings for engineering teams
- **2,000+** shipping customers onboarded on one portal we built

## Where we earn our keep.

Gen AI architecture leads, and everything else is what it takes to deliver it. Across all of it, one habit: read the research, build the prototype, and only then recommend.

- [Gen AI Architecture & Engineering](https://infomovertech.com/services/ai-engineering): Architecture for RAG, agents and LLM applications that give the right answer on an ordinary Tuesday, not only in the demo.
- [Software & Solution Architecture](https://infomovertech.com/services/software-architecture): Architecture reviews and a fractional chief architect, for the decisions your team will live with for a decade.
- [AI-Assisted Software Delivery](https://infomovertech.com/services/ai-assisted-software-delivery): AI in your SDLC with specifications, guardrails and review gates, so the code it writes is the code you meant.
- [Enterprise Platforms & Integrations](https://infomovertech.com/services/enterprise-platforms-and-integrations): Customer portals that talk to OTM, ERPs and EDI in both directions, and keep talking when the other side changes.
- [Data Platforms](https://infomovertech.com/services/data-platforms): Spark, Kafka and Delta Lake pipelines that turn operational noise into numbers your managers stop arguing about.
- [Product Engineering](https://infomovertech.com/services/product-engineering): Web and mobile products from first prototype to production, plus the unglamorous years of support that follow.

## Consulting first. Delivery when you need it.

Most work starts with an advisory sprint, a fractional architect or a proof of concept. When the design is settled and you want it built, or run for years, we take that on too. Every engagement opens with a conversation with an architect, not a sales deck.

- **Advisory Sprint** (1–4 weeks): One hard question, answered properly. Architecture review, AI readiness, build or buy. You get a written recommendation and a plan your team can run.
- **Fractional Architect** (A few days a month): A chief architect in your design reviews, without adding a chief architect to the payroll. You get steady decisions, reviewed designs, fewer rewrites.
- **Proof of Concept** (2–6 weeks): Find out whether it works before you fund it. Real data, real constraints, honest results. You get working code and a go or no-go you can defend.
- **Project Delivery** (Phased): We design, build and ship it, in phases you can see, test and steer. You get a production system and the documentation to own it.
- **Long-term Delivery & Support** (Years): Consulting is where we lead, and we don't walk away after it. Enhancements, integrations and fixes, release after release; Transworld has kept us since 2018. You get a team that already knows where everything is.

## Architecture consulting, on site across three continents.

Between 2016 and 2018 we delivered architecture consulting assignments on site for CIGNEX Datamatics and its enterprise clients across the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore, including Jaguar, the Tennessee government, Accenture, and NCS for DBS. The work spanned portals, healthcare, government, cloud-native platforms and migrations, and we helped CIGNEX win multimillion-dollar engagements along the way. The same judgement goes into every consulting engagement we take on today.

- **2016, United Kingdom (Jaguar): Portal architecture.** Software architecture consulting for a portal solution associated with Jaguar.
- **2016, United Kingdom: Technical pre-sales.** Several visits to support the onsite sales team with customer discussions, solution design and technical pre-sales.
- **2017, Chicago, United States: DevOps architecture.** Architecture consulting focused on the DevOps architecture of an enterprise solution.
- **2017, Atlanta, United States: Healthcare application.** Software architecture consulting for a healthcare application.
- **2017, Nashville, United States (Tennessee government): Government portal.** Architecture consulting for a portal solution for the Tennessee government.
- **2017, Chicago, United States: Spring Cloud platform.** Architecture consulting for a large Spring Cloud solution, with end-to-end executable proofs of concept that validated its critical architectural mechanisms and the way they would be built.
- **2017, Chicago, United States: Migration to APIs.** Architecture consulting for a software migration onto an API-based solution.
- **March 2018, Singapore (Through Accenture): Singapore NHR portal.** Architecture consulting, through Accenture, for a large portal project associated with Singapore NHR.
- **October 2018, Singapore (Through NCS): DBS intranet portal.** Architecture consulting, through NCS, for the intranet portal of DBS.

## Built for container lines and freight forwarders.

Since 2018 we have built portal after portal for the Transworld group and Unifeeder: freight forwarding, NVOCC and feeder businesses. Software where ships, cargo and invoices meet, with no patience for downtime and no shortage of edge cases.

- [Freight Forwarder Customer Portal](https://infomovertech.com/work/freight-forwarder-platform) (Transform Technologies · Transworld Group · UAE): Two-way, real-time OTM sync driven by configuration, so new fields need no code change.
- [NVOCC Customer Portal](https://infomovertech.com/work/nvocc-customer-portal) (Unifeeder · Container logistics): 2,000+ customers onboarded and thousands of bookings since 2018, on a portal that replaced email and phone.
- [Feeder Customer Portal](https://infomovertech.com/work/feeder-customer-portal) (Unifeeder · Indian coastal feeder): One codebase serving web and mobile, with hazardous-cargo and slot-loss checks built into every booking.

## In their words

> Each project exceeded our expectations. I wish them all the best! — Prabhakar Posam, CIO, Transworld Group of Companies · CEO, Transform Technologies

> They did a wonderful job and then, there was no looking back. — CIO, Unifeeder

> We keep engaging InfoMover Technologies for architecture design of large enterprise portals and other applications. — Paul Anthony, CEO & Founder, Cigres Technologies

## Two products, built and run in-house.

Projekts.ai and Productiviti, designed and built by us and both live. The architecture we recommend to clients is tested on our own software first.

- [Projekts.ai](https://projekts.ai): AI-native software engineering platform. In production.
- [Productiviti](https://productiviti.io): Workforce analytics teams can trust: automated timesheets, proof of work, multi-workspace. Web, iOS and Android.

## Would your engineers rather build it themselves?

Workshopps, our training platform, teaches engineers to build RAG systems and AI agents in hands-on workshops, online or at your office.

## An architecture practice since 2001.

InfoMover began in 2001 as one engineer teaching other engineers and advising on architecture. Five hundred trainings and a hundred projects later, consulting is still where we start: understand the problem, prove the answer in code, then commit.

We hold firm views on architecture and change them the moment the evidence does. Clients tend to find that useful.

- **2001**: Training and architecture consulting begin.
- **2016**: Teams built; full projects bid for.
- **2018**: The Transworld group becomes a client, and stays.
- **2019–23**: Portals, integrations and big-data platforms for logistics.
- **2024**: Productiviti launches on web and mobile.
- **Today**: Gen AI architecture consulting; Projekts.ai in production.

## Bring us the hard part.

Describe the problem in a few lines. You will hear back from an architect, not a sales team.
